Greetings.
It appears that another holiday season is upon us. As such, there is a brief period where I have neither paid work nor school work to concern me. Still, I will be plenty busy, what with a job search, a mix CD, Project Omega, and various odds and ends besides.
I actually took the time to throw together a rudimentary RSS feed for the Network. As I have to manually update it, like everything else, it is nothing more than a temporary amenity at this point. Still, if it keeps you abreast of the news more efficiently or what have you, it's all for the better:

As for actual progress made, this wraps up intermediate development for the Article component...which is to say, it's not wrapped up at all, as I'll be consulting the code frequently for all subsequent components. This week starts the Audio component, which itself will entail integration with the Article code, then branch out to unexplored frontiers.
In other news, I had the chance to try out Silent Hill: Shattered Memories the past couple days. I thoroughly enjoy it, despite the mixed reviews I've read on the subject. It is very much a slower, exploration-type game, with very stressful action sequences interspersed throughout. It is definitely not for the faint of heart, as it fulfills the survival-horror genre nicely.
That's all for now. Take care of yourselves over the holiday season, if you so choose to recognize it.
Mr. Bond, signing off.
